Client Relationship and Account Management: - Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. - Develop strategic partnerships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and how our services can support their goals. 3. Team Management and Development: - Lead, mentor, and expand the Business Analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. - Ensure the team has the necessary resources and skills to meet client needs effectively and efficiently. 4. Key Expectations: - Master’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or 5+ years of experience in this related field preferred. - Extensive experience in leadership roles within the IT services and analytics sectors. - Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management. - In-depth knowledge of business analysis, data analytics methodologies, and technology trends. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to drive innovation, manage change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
