Business Analyst

Role: Business Analysis

Overview -
NTT DATA is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a good background in financial domain operations, data analytics, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with data-driven insights, enabling informed decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in analyzing financial transactions, SLA/KPI tracking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Responsibilities -
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
2. Perform business analysis, account analysis, and financial transaction auditing
3. Monitor and track SLA compliance, ticket volumes, and operational performance
4. Develop and maintain MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for business insights
5. Consolidate and centralize data from finance, sales, and operations into unified reporting systems
6. Create dashboards, presentations (PPT), and reports for KPI/KRA tracking
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes
8. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
9. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality

Requirements -
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree (Information Technology/Business Administration/Economies)
2. 10+ years of overall IT/Business experience
3. Good experience in Business Analysis, Account Analysis, and Financial Auditing
4. Experience in Data Analytics using MIS tools (4+ years)
5. Hands-on experience with Tally, IT .NET, or similar financial systems (5+ years)
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reporting, dashboards, data analysis)
7. Experience with MIS reporting and data consolidation techniques
8. Knowledge of financial tools/software (Tally, IT .NET)
9. Experience in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
10. Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (preferred)
11. Domain knowledge - Mutual Funds, Financial Services, Operational reporting, KPI/KRA measurement
