This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to synthesizing data and insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively gather and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in process modeling and mapping to visualize current and future business workflows.
- Capability to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize information to support business decisions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating collaborative discussions to reach consensus.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
