Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support and drive the roadmap execution for Sentinel and Robility platforms. This is a critical role responsible for translating business vision into structured requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and engineering teams, and enabling a disciplined product development process.

The Business Analyst will act as the central coordination point between business leaders, product teams, engineering, QA, DevOps, and customer-facing teams to ensure clarity, prioritization, and successful delivery of initiatives.

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and product goals.
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned to the product roadmap.

2. Roadmap Support & Planning

• Support the management and tracking of Sentinel and Robility roadmap initiatives.
• Break down high-level product vision into actionable features and sprint-ready stories.
• Assist in prioritization exercises based on business impact and feasibility.
• Maintain requirement traceability matrices and change logs.

3. SDLC & Delivery Governance

• Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Clarify requirements during development and testing cycles.
• Support SIT/UAT planning and coordinate user validation sessions.
• Track post-release feedback and production defects to identify improvement areas.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Act as the communication bridge between business, technical, and delivery teams.
• Provide periodic updates on requirement status, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities.

5. Process Optimization & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows within Sentinel and Robility.
• Recommend process improvements in product planning and requirement management.
• Support competitive analysis and feature benchmarking.
• Assist in evaluating AI, RPA, and automation use cases for platform expansion.

6. Reporting & Metrics

• Track feature progress against roadmap milestones.
• Maintain dashboards for requirement status and delivery timelines.
• Support data-driven decisions through requirement analytics and feedback trends.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise platforms, RPA, or AI-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Experience writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ability to convert business needs into structured documentation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to RPA / IPA / Agentic AI platforms.
• Experience working in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and release management.
• Experience working with enterprise clients.
