Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support our real estate operations by analyzing market trends, business performance, sales data, customer behavior, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights, prepare reports, identify business opportunities, and help management make data-driven decisions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & ReportingAnalyze real estate sales, leasing, and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain business performance dashboards and reports.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement strategies.
• Conduct revenue, profitability, and cost analysis across projects.
• Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct market research on property trends, pricing, demand, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market conditions and prepare feasibility studies for new projects.
• Identify emerging opportunities and risks in the real estate market.
• Support management with strategic planning and business forecasting.
• Process ImprovementEvaluate existing business processes and recommend operational improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and CRM teams to streamline workflows.
• Assist in implementing new business systems and automation initiatives.
• Data ManagementCollect, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Stakeholder CoordinationWork closely with management, project teams, and external stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support decision-making through detailed business insights and presentations.
• Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
