As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions. This position requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing operating models that align with organizational goals. Additionally, the Business Architect supports transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in developing and documenting business cases and solution frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with operating model design and business transformation methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
