Job Description
We are looking for a Business Coordinator with strong experience in FMCG and sales coordination to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with sales teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of orders and business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team for order processing and execution
- Handle client communication and follow-ups (Hindi & English mandatory)
- Manage order tracking, dispatch, and delivery coordination
- Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and documentation
- Support procurement and vendor coordination activities
- Follow up on payments, invoices, and reconciliation
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and support business operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Coordination / Sales Coordination
- Experience in FMCG / Agro / Commodity industry preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
