Job Description
Service Square provides a) deep cleaning, b) painting, c) floor polishing, d) sofa & carpet cleaning and e) decluttering & organizing services.
The key responsibilities of business development executives would be:
- Inspection of customer homes/offices to understand scope of work.
- Handle incoming enquiries through various stages till customer conversion.
- Make outgoing calls.
- Inspect ongoing works to ensure quality
- Enter details in software.
- Interact with cleaning technicians and operations teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
