Job Description

Experience within an HR consultancy, staffing agency, or HR Tech space is highly preferred.


Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential corporate clients through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and industry events.


B2B Client Acquisition: Connect with key decision-makers to pitch our comprehensive HR and recruitment solutions.


Requirement Gathering: Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and pain points to propose tailored HR/staffing strategies.


Market Intelligence: Stay updated on HR industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.


Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful fulfillment of client mandates and high client satisfaction.


CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, pipelines, and client interactions in the CRM software.
