Job Description
Business Development Manager (BDM) – HR Consultancy
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Consultancy or Recruitment Agency is mandatory.
Company: Talunus HR Solutions
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Home (Client meetings and corporate visits as required)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the HR Consultancy or Recruitment Agency industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in corporate client acquisition, business development, and relationship management.
This is a target-based role for professionals who are passionate about B2B sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
- Generate business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements.
- Present Talunus HR Solutions' recruitment and HR consulting services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Consultancy or Recruitment Agency is mandatory.
- Proven experience in B2B corporate client acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willing to travel for client meetings whenever required.
