Business Development Manager – Credit Card Sales (JD)Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Credit Card Sales

Location: Hyderabad
- Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage credit card sales activities
- Generate business through field sales, corporate visits, and channel partners
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives
- Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity goals
- Build strong relationships with customers and banking partners
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues on time
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Candidate Requirements:Minimum Graduate
- Experience in Banking / Credit Card Sales preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong team handling and target-achievement ability
- Ability to work under pressure and in field sales environment
