Job Description

Role OverviewThe Operations Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of Anteak Woods by managing documentation, inventory records, customer enquiries, and administrative processes. This role serves as a key link between the store, workshop, customers, and management, helping ensure smooth business operations and timely communication.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize business documents, invoices, quotations, purchase records, and customer files.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to sales, expenses, inventory, and ongoing projects.
  • Manage and update inventory records, including stock movement, new arrivals, sales, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the workshop and store team to track project progress and delivery timelines.
  • Update and maintain records in spreadsheets, Notion, Zoho, or other business management systems.
  • Respond to customer enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
  • Share product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details with prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain records of customer interactions and sales enquiries.
  • Support customer communication regarding order updates, payments, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and service providers when required.
  • Maintain proper filing of finance, HR, and compliance-related documents.
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operational activities and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping across all business functions.
  • Preferred SkillsStrong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.
