Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address organizational goals. The role demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and cross-functional partnership to drive successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster consensus among diverse teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their understanding of business process architecture.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in analyzing complex workflows and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable process designs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and integration points related to warehouse management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
