You will be part of the Operations Excellence / Business Transformation organization, leading strategic transformation programs for global healthcare clients and driving enterprise-wide productivity, automation, GenAI, and Agentic AI adoption. In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Deep understanding of Healthcare Payer operations including Claims, Membership, Provider Services, Billing, Appeals, Utilization Management, and Revenue Cycle Management. Strong understanding and experience leading enterprise program of healthcare operations transformation and productivity improvement levers • Experience working with global healthcare clients and leadership teams • Strong understanding of Automation, RPA, Workflow, Low-Code/No-Code, and Digital Operations • Hands-on knowledge of GenAI technologies and enterprise AI adoption • Experience identifying and scaling GenAI use cases across operations • Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, multi-agent orchestration, AI copilots, autonomous workflows, and AI-enabled business processes • Experience building business cases, ROI models, productivity frameworks, and value tracking mechanisms • Ability to translate business problems into scalable technology solutions • Experience leading large transformation portfolios and cross-functional teams • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage client leadership, Delivery MDs, CXLs, and Account Leads • Ability to influence strategic decisions and drive execution across multiple stakeholders • Experience mentoring and developing transformation teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills • Expertise in process mapping, value stream mapping, productivity analysis, and operational excellence • Experience with AHT, Resource Efficiency (RE), Capacity Utilization (CU), Productivity Utilization (PU), and value realization frameworks • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt/PMP • GenAI / AI Certifications • Azure AI, Copilot, Agentic AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation Certifications
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead portfolio-level transformation programs across Claims, Membership, Provider, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Clinical Operations • Define and execute transformation strategy aligned to client and organizational goals • Build and manage productivity, automation, and GenAI pipelines across multiple accounts • Drive value realization through process optimization, automation, AI, and operating model transformation • Partner with Delivery Leads, Account Leads, CXLs, and client leadership to shape transformation roadmaps • Sponsor innovation initiatives leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, Copilot, RPA, and intelligent workflow technologies • Establish governance mechanisms to track benefits, FTE impact, cost savings, and operational improvements • Lead large-scale change management and adoption programs • Own transformation strategy and execution for assigned portfolios/accounts • Drive productivity improvement initiatives and achieve committed business outcomes • Build and govern automation, GenAI, and Agentic AI opportunity pipelines • Lead solutioning workshops and identify scalable transformation opportunities • Drive client discussions on AI, automation, and future operating models • Establish governance for benefits realization, FTE impact, and financial outcomes • Partner with technology teams to accelerate deployment of AI and automation solutions • Mentor Business Transformation Managers and Transformation Leads • Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across programs • Drive innovation culture and continuous improvement across the organization
