Job Description

Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to join our cafe team. Freshers are welcome. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers, this role is perfect for you.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare food items such as sandwiches, burgers, fries, bakery snacks, and beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area
  • Ensure timely food preparation, especially during peak hours
  • Follow standard recipes and portion sizes as per Tealogy guidelines
  • Handle basic billing and POS operations at the counter
  • Interact politely with customers and take orders
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and inform the manager about low stock
  • Reduce food wastage and manage garbage disposal properly
  • Restock tissues, sanitizers, and cleaning supplies
  • Support team members during rush hours (clearing tables, quick service)
  • EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th pass
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Good attitude and teamwork skills
