Job Description

Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.

Beverage & Food Prep: Preparing coffee (espresso, lattes), tea, and simple food items (sandwiches, salads) while adhering to quality standards.

Maintenance & Hygiene: Cleaning work areas, equipment (coffee machines), dining tables, and restrooms to meet health and safety regulations.

POS/Cash Handling: Processing cash and card transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system.

Inventory & Stocking: Restocking food items, condiments, and beverage supplies; checking inventory levels
