Calibration Engineer

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical instruments and equipment calibration (pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, torque wrenches, etc.).

Calibration Standards: Familiarity with NABL, ISO/IEC 17025 standards, and traceability requirements.

Measurement & Analysis: Ability to perform precise measurements, maintain calibration records, and prepare calibration certificates.

Instrument Handling: Experience with reference standards, dead weight testers, vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

Documentation & Reporting: Skilled in maintaining calibration logs, equipment history, and ensuring compliance with QA/QC documentation.

Troubleshooting: Proficiency in identifying instrument errors and suggesting corrective actions.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and calibration management software.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication, teamwork, and time management.

Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) in a calibration or testing laboratory environment.
