Job SummaryValue Productions is looking for a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, installing, and dismantling exhibition stalls, event stages, scenic sets, retail displays, and customized wooden structures. The candidate should be able to work in both the workshop and at project sites while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timely execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate exhibition stalls, event stages, kiosks, backdrops, scenic sets, and custom display units.
• Read and interpret 2D drawings, fabrication layouts, and technical designs.
• Measure, cut, assemble, laminate, and finish plywood, MDF, block board, and other materials.
• Install and dismantle fabricated structures at exhibition venues and event sites.
• Operate carpentry tools such as circular saws, jigsaws, routers, drills, nail guns, sanders, and other woodworking equipment safely.
• Ensure accurate dimensions, quality finishing, and structural stability.
• Coordinate with Production Managers, Site Supervisors, Designers, and other fabrication teams.
• Meet strict project deadlines while maintaining workmanship quality.
• Maintain tools, machinery, and workshop cleanliness.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use PPE during fabrication and installation.
• Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and transporting fabricated materials when required.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, acrylic, and related materials.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and execute work independently.
• Experience in modular exhibition stalls and stage fabrication.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Good understanding of measurements, leveling, and finishing.
• Ability to solve fabrication issues on-site.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to travel.
• QualificationITI in Carpentry or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event, exhibition, interior, or stage fabrication.
• Experience in modular exhibition systems is an added advantage.
• Physical RequirementsAbility to lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable working at heights when required.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts during project execution.
• Willing to travel across India for installations and dismantling.
