Job Title: Centre Manager

Location: Kanathur, Chennai (ECR)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare centre in Kanathur, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and people management skills with experience in hospitals, clinics, schools, or similar service-oriented environments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily centre operations and administration.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, residents, and family members.
• Handle admissions, discharges, and documentation processes.
• Supervise staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all centre activities and services.
• Address resident, patient, and family concerns to maintain service quality.
• Monitor housekeeping, facility management, and centre maintenance.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, and communication between departments.
• Support occupancy growth and overall centre development.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Post Graduate (Mandatory)
• Experience in Hospital Administration, Clinic Administration, School Administration, Centre Management, or Operations Management.
• Nursing or Clinical qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle teams, administration, and customer service activities.
• Language RequirementsTamil – Mandatory

• Preferred Candidate ProfileFemale candidates preferred.
• Experience as Centre Manager, Hospital Administrator, Clinic Manager, School Administrator, Patient Care Coordinator, Guest Relations Executive, or Operations Executive.
• Strong administrative, coordination, and people management skills.
