Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities for both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project execution aligns with quality standards, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

Prepare and maintain daily & weekly progress reports

Handle billing processes including RA bills and subcontractor billing

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Interpret and execute work as per drawings and specifications

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

Manage material planning, procurement, and usage tracking

Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge in construction practices (Residential & Commercial)

Proficiency in:

AutoCAD

Microsoft Excel

Good understanding of:

Billing & Estimation

Site Execution & Planning

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle multiple site activities efficiently

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong experience in site management

Ability to lead teams and manage deadlines

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
