Job Description

·      Need to supervise the quality of the works and the performance of the site works.

·      Need to coordinate with subcontractors

·      Able to be a leader and resolve any site issues in timely fashion.

·      Monitor construction site progress ahead.

·      Need qualities in terms of planning.

·      Review of bills of quantities and item lists.

·      Master construction schedules, safety systems, quality systems and schedule tracking systems to be followed site.

·      Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors

·      Construction supervision of civil works at site, including safety, quality and time schedule.
