Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily civil and interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth project execution.
- Inspect materials received at the site and ensure proper usage.
- Maintain site records, work reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Track material requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
- Assist in site measurements, quantity verification, and billing support.
- Report project status, delays, and issues to project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor manpower allocation and productivity at the site.
- Support project handover activities and final inspections.
