Client Advisor Executive

We are a fast-growing spiritual services organization helping devotees across India and abroad book personalized Vedic poojas online. We serve clients from multiple countries and provide individual poojas with live participation and dedicated customer support.

Job Role

We are looking for a friendly and confident Person to assist clients, explain pooja services, and help them complete their bookings.

Responsibilities

✔ Call and follow up with interested clients

✔ Understand customer requirements and concerns

✔ Explain pooja services and booking procedures

✔ Assist customers through WhatsApp and phone calls

✔ Coordinate bookings and maintain customer records

✔ Build trust and maintain strong client relationships

✔ Follow up on inquiries and pending bookings

Requirements

✔ Good communication skills in Tamil

✔ Basic English speaking ability preferred

✔ Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, or Malayalam is an added advantage

✔ Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✔ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
