Role Overview

We are seeking a highly disciplined and process-driven CRM Executive responsible for managing customer relationships with precision, consistency, and professionalism. The role demands strict adherence to follow-up systems, accurate data management, and structured communication, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage customer data within CRM systems with complete accuracy
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with clients as per defined timelines
• Handle client communication (calls, messages, emails) in a professional and structured manner
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Production teams for smooth execution
• Track and update client status, requirements, and progress without delay
• Monitor pending tasks and ensure closure within defined timelines
• Address client concerns promptly and escalate critical issues when required
• Generate and maintain daily/weekly CRM reports and follow-up trackers
• Required SkillsStrong communication skills with a professional and disciplined approach
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (data tracking, reporting)
• High attention to detail with zero tolerance for data errors
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge and email communication
