Job Description
- Establish and operate sheet metal equipment under minimal supervision to fabricate as well as form products as per engineering drawings and parameters
- Perform loading and unloading of material by changing tools and select required machine programs
- Inspect and maintain machine for conformance with safety requirements
- Check and Clean machinery on a daily basis
- Ensure to correct issues related to safety before performing operations
- Prioritize production runs to assure customer orders are concluded on time, maximize machine run time plus productivity
- Inspect all manufactured parts following work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish engineering specifications
- Perform Daily & Weekly Maintenance of machine
Skills / Requirements
- Diploma or Equivalent qualification required
- Ability to interpret technical documents & drawings
- Adherence of safety standards
- Candidates with prior experience in sheet metal fabrication industry will be a bonus
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Fresher’s – Rs. 18,000/month to Rs. 20,000/month
- Regular Employment 9am to 6pm job with 1hr rest intervals
- ESI, Statutory Annual Bonus, Increments, Overtime & Incentives
- Food - Lunch shall be provided
- Free Shared Company Accommodation shall be provided.
