Job Description
Job Title: CNC OperatorCompany: Classic Industries & ExportsJob Description:We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for precision manufacturing of components.
- Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC) as per production plan
- Read and understand technical drawings and job specifications
- Load raw materials and monitor machining process
- Perform basic machine setup and tool changes
- Measure and inspect components using vernier, micrometer, gauges
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and cleanliness
- Follow safety procedures on shop floor
- Requirements:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field
- 1–3 years experience in CNC operation (Freshers can apply for trainee role)
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code preferred)
- Ability to use measuring instruments
