Job Description
Client Acquisition: Source and onboard new subscribers for various chit schemes.
Lead Generation: Build potential customer pipelines through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
Product Promotion: Explain chit fund plans, auction processes, and returns clearly to prospects.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly chit enrollment and business volume goals.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term connections with existing subscribers for retention.
Due Diligence: Verify subscriber documentation, creditworthiness, and guarantor details.
Collection Support: Assist teams in timely collection of monthly chit installments.
Market Research: Track local market trends, competitor schemes, and customer demand.
Auction Support: Guide subscribers through monthly auction bidding procedures and payouts.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and chit fund act guidelines
