Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collections and outstanding balances
  • Coordinate with the accounts and sales team regarding invoices and payments
  • Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments
  • Prepare regular reports on collection status and aging
  • Ensure timely collection as per company policies
  • Track payment commitments and ensure adherence
  • Support in reconciliation of accounts
