  • Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and SOPs.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with the service team for timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Follow all company safety and operational procedures.
  • Work effectively in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
