Site Supervisor

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, coordinate with workers and vendors, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The candidate must be willing to travel to multiple project sites and should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and clients.
• Monitor work quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Take site measurements and prepare daily progress reports.
• Manage material deliveries, stock records, and site requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Follow up with suppliers and ensure timely completion of work.
• Travel to various project locations as required.
• RequirementsDiploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in site supervision (interior fit-outs/construction preferred).
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site execution.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and site documentation.
