Counter Sales Executive

Job Title: Stall Server / Sales Associate – McRennett Bakery

Location: ALL over Chennai

Department: Sales / Customer Service

Reports To: Stall Supervisor / Store Manager

Job Summary:The Stall Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the sales counter, handling food and beverage items, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the McRennett stall.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
• Serve bakery items, snacks, and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments using the billing system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the stall area according to company standards.
• Restock display shelves and ensure products are fresh and attractively arranged.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
• Report low stock or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries or escalating complaints.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
