The Role

As a Counter Sales Executive, you are more than a salesperson—you are a brand ambassador and a personal stylist. You will manage the frontline interactions, offering expert product knowledge while maintaining the impeccable visual standards of the Luxus showroom.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: Engage customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations that align with the Luxus aesthetic.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our current collections, materials, and brand heritage to educate and inspire clients.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs through proactive upselling and building long-term client relationships.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the counter and display areas are pristine, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, cycle counts, and ensuring that all items are correctly tagged and handled with care.
  • Transaction Excellence: Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.

Qualifications
