Role Overview:
We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day activities at our cricket ground, ensuring smooth match execution and customer experience.
Vacant Locations : Chennai, Coimbatore, Banglore
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily ground operations and bookings
- Coordinate with teams for match scheduling and execution
- Ensure pitch readiness, equipment availability, and cleanliness
- Handle on-ground staff and vendors
- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth match flow
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations independently
- Willingness to work in flexible timings (including evenings/nights)
- Basic knowledge of cricket is preferred
Bonus:
- Experience in sports/event operations
