Job Description

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.

Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain daily attendance records of staff/employees.

Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, documentation, and report preparation.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.

Manage calls, emails, and front-desk communication when required.

Ensure records are accurate and updated regularly.
