Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with application configuration and customization to meet specific client needs.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
