Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create effective software applications that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Your role will also require you to actively participate in discussions, contributing your insights and expertise to drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze PeopleSoft SCM functional requirements and business processes to design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases across end-to-end supply chain workflows.
2. Execute functional, system, integration, and regression testing for PeopleSoft SCM modules, ensuring accuracy of business rules and transaction processing.
3. Log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools, collaborate with functional and technical teams for resolution, and perform re-testing and closure validation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Hands-on experience testing PeopleSoft SCM modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, eProcurement, Order Management, and Accounts Payable integrations.
2. Strong experience using PeopleSoft tools including PS Query for backend data validation, Component Interface for transaction testing, and Application Designer for functional verification.
3. Proven experience in end-to-end SCM testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing, with solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business flows.
Good to Have: Exposure to PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) for automated functional testing of SCM transactions and regression scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
