- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Experience with designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data structures.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and integration strategies.
- Skilled in collaborating with software development teams to align data models with application architecture.
