Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on support activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
