Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for our Banking Process.

and possess excellent English & Hindi communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication skills excellent English with Hindi only the Male candidates,

Fresher & Experience can also apply,

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills,

Graduation is mandatory,

Ability to work in a target-driven environment,

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Role:

Handle customer queries for banking products/services

Provide resolutions via calls

Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve targets

Work Schedule:

24/7 Rotational Shifts:

5 Days Working, 2 day rotational week off.

Compensation:

For freshers:

CTC: ₹3,00,000

Take Home: ₹21,000 per month

For 1 year experience:

CTC: ₹30,000

Take Home: ₹25000 per month

If candidate cleared Versant 6 - 31,000 CTC

Important Note:

Interview- 1st round : Virtual

Final round will be at client location (Guindy) if candidate location within Chennai
