Customer Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle student query calls and provide prompt support or redirection to concerned departments.

•Manage feedback collection from students regarding classes and faculty sessions.

•Coordinate app-related queries, login issues, and basic troubleshooting.

•Maintain Excel reports using HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and other key formulas for data tracking.

•Oversee courier dispatch and tracking for study materials and workbooks.

•Manage Gallabox communication panel and handle bulk WhatsApp/message sending for announcements and updates.

•Ensure smooth coordination with academic, logistics, and IT teams.

•Maintain student records, feedback logs, and ensure accurate reporting to management.

Required Skills & Abilities:

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table).

•Good communication and problem-solving skills.

•Knowledge of Gallabox or similar CRM tools.

Work Timing: Mon – Sat (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
