Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals with contractors, builders, architects, and end customers.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
  • Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Present products/services (e.g., materials, construction services, projects) to clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project teams) for smooth execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
