Job Description

  • Manage customer success by ensuring timely onboarding, effective client engagement, and successful product delivery.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients through outbound calling campaigns.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive account management.
