Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female)

Salary: Up to ₹17,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and be able to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.
• Maintain customer records and update sales reports in Excel.
• Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the service team.
• Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and the internal team.
• Support the Sales Manager with administrative and coordination activities.

• Freshers and experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and Basic English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Preferred SkillsGood interpersonal and customer service skills.
