Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Officer

Job location: remote (WFH)

Salary:16k to 18k (on first onboarding you will get 10k, after which you will work on an incentive basis. You will receive 3,000 upon on boarding.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, attract, and hire top

Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:

* Onboard New Leads/Customers And Educate Them About The Product/Service.

* Analyzing Of Customer and Registering In The App.

* Follow-Up With Customers To Maintain Relationships And Encourage Repeat Business And Referrals.

* Will Have To Work With Senior Officials To Know The Targets And Follow Up With The Team Members.

* Foster strong relationships with customers to secure consistent loads.

* Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.

* Work closely with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with team members.

* Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

After which you will work on incentive basis.
