Customer Support Engineer - Electrical Background

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive for our EOT Crane Service company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating service activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely support for crane breakdowns, AMC services, quotations, and spare parts requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer HandlingAttend customer calls, emails, and service requests professionally.
• Understand customer complaints and coordinate with service engineers for quick resolution.
• Provide updates to customers regarding service status and technician visits.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Service CoordinationSchedule breakdown and preventive maintenance visits.
• Coordinate with field service engineers for site attendance.
• Follow up on pending service jobs and closures.
• Maintain service reports and customer records.
• Documentation & ReportingPrepare service quotations, AMC proposals, and job-related documents.
• Maintain records of complaints, service history, invoices, and follow-ups.
• Update daily service status and pending reports.
• Communication & Follow-upFollow up with customers for payment status, feedback, and repeat business.
• Coordinate internally with purchase, stores, accounts, and service departments.
• Escalate critical customer issues to management when required.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
