✔️Both Freshers and Experienced

✔️Any graduate and Diploma graduate

✔️Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi (English+ any one language mandatory)

✔️Flexibility to work in rotational shift and take rotational week-offs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism

✔️Address queries, complaints and service requests

✔️Stay updated on company service and policies
