Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our Laboratory Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about laboratory services, test results, and billing.
2. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex issues to the Team Lead/Manager as needed.
3. Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and arranging sample collections.
4. Test Result Communication: Communicate test results to customers, providing clear explanations and answering questions.
5. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data, orders, and test results into the laboratory information system.
6. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with laboratory staff, including phlebotomists, technicians, and pathologists, to ensure seamless customer service.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Language: Fluency in Tamil is required and Basic English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Working Conditions:
1. Work Environment: The Customer Care Executive will work in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Hours of Work: The Customer Care Executive will work a standard 9-hour shift, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
