Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Location: Vanagaram, Chennai
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 Take Home
Languages: Hindi & English
Shift: Rotational Shift
Work Timings:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via call/chat/email
Provide customer support and issue resolution
Maintain professional communication
Update customer details and follow-ups
Requirements:
Good communication in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge
Minimum 6 months experience in customer support
Note: 1 Sunday working per month. Get alternative leave day
