Key Responsibilities


 Handle Inbound & Outbound calls

 Provide Email & Chat Support

 Achieve sales & lead conversion targets

 Maintain accurate CRM records & reports

 Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions

 Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)

 Strong persuasion & negotiation skills

 Customer-first approach

 Knowledge of chat tools, ticketing systems & CRM
