Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Respond to client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and client feedback.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with client onboarding, quotations, and service renewals.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of client support/customer service experience are welcome.
